Common questions
Can I sign up online?
Not yet. FooodPOS isn't open for self sign-up, so please talk to us first.
What do I need to run it?
Android tablets or phones, or Windows PCs, for the tills. A thermal receipt printer on USB or the network for bills and table QR codes. A computer with a web browser for the back office.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The tills keep taking orders and payments, save them on the till, and send them when the connection returns. Some jobs, such as refunds, splitting a bill and QR ordering, can't be done until the connection is back.
Does it connect to card terminals or delivery apps?
Not today. The till records how each bill was paid, using the payment methods you set up.
