Common questions
Can I sign up online?
Yes. Start a free trial and we email you your password and a sample restaurant you can edit. It runs 30 days, then the POS terminals stop taking new orders until you subscribe — you keep reading your data and running reports.
What do I need to run it?
Android tablets or phones, or Windows PCs, for the POS terminals. A thermal receipt printer on USB or the network for bills, receipts and table QR codes. A computer with a web browser for the back office.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The POS terminals keep taking orders and payments, save them on the POS, and send them when the connection returns. Some jobs, such as refunds, voucher codes and QR ordering, can't be done until the connection is back.
Does it connect to card terminals or delivery apps?
It connects to card terminals: the POS sends the amount to the card terminal. It doesn't connect to delivery apps today.
About this website
Most of these pages about FooodPos set no cookies and load nothing from other websites. The trial form is the exception: it uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're a person, which loads from Cloudflare and sets a cookie for that check, and it sends what you type to us. Logging in to the back office is separate. We only hear from you if you contact us or start a trial.
